To Register for the SAT: 
1. Go to www.collegeboard.org 
2. Click on the STUDENTS link 
3. Under the College Board Test Tab you will see SAT, click on that. 
4. Click on Register Now 
5. If you do not have an account, follow the new member link and sign up. Keep your user ID and password for future log in. College Board has other valuable information such as a college search and scholarship info.

To Get Free Test Prep for the SAT:
1. Go to https://www.khanacademy.org/test-prep/sat
2. Click on Sign In/Sign Up.
3. Click on Sign Up for a free account.
4. Take the pretest for both English and Math and set up a tutoring schedule.

This practice SAT test is option for Junior students and the cost is $15.00.  This test is taken during the school day, and all Junior students are encouraged to sign up.  

To Register for the ACT: 
1. Go to www.actstudent.org.  
2. Click on the SIGN IN/LOG IN tab. 
3. If you do not have an account click on CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.
4. Keep your user ID and password for future log in. 
5. Follow directions from there. 

* EPHS will host the ACT test in December, April and June.

• The Counseling Office has Fee Waivers for students that are eligible for free and reduced lunch.   
• Elmwood Park High School Code is 141815. You will need this code for both tests.

​We suggest students in the class of 2018 and beyond take both the SAT and the ACT.  All current junior students will be taking the SAT on a school day in APRIL.
